Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason the DUO Brand product that you purchased isn’t right, we gladly accept returns for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt from our online store; duobrand.com. We cannot accept returns for DUO Brand products purchased elsewhere.

How do I return my unused DUO Brand product?

Contact us to initiate your refund or exchange. Please email us at support@duobrand.com or call 1-800-332-9237. Include your order number in the email or have it ready if you call. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

NOTE: Returned items will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping) once returned to our warehouse and inspected. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. This does not mean 30 days after you opened your order. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days after purchase.

Your DUO Brand product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot issue you a refund or exchange if your return is missing parts or packaging. Clothing must not have been washed or worn.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are made after your DUO Brand product is received and inspected by our warehouse. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment used for purchase. Please allow two (2) business days for your refund.

What about restocking fees?

Refused deliveries are subject to a return shipping fee and an additional 15% restocking fee. If you send back a product that has been used it is also subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Can I return sale items?

Sales are final on all sale items. Sorry, no returns accepted.

Please write “Attn: Returns” on the box or label. We highly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping service for your return.

Note that you are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item to DUO Brand. Sorry, we aren’t Amazon and can’t cover return cost. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
